Adding/Cloning Security Access Profiles

  1. From the Security Access Profiles window, EITHER click Add if you want to add a new profile OR highlight the profile you want to clone and click Clone.

  2. The Enter a Value window appears. Enter/edit the name of the security access profile and click Done. The Profile Details window appears.

  3. Click the Case Management Permissions arrow and click the sub-category of functionality you want to limit/allow.

    NOTE: When adding a security access profile, initially only the case management permissions are set. To change Accounting permissions, simply click Edit again to set program or accounting report permissions.

  4. Under Allow the user to access, if a function is checked then the user can perform it. Check/uncheck the functions you want users with this security profile to be able to perform.

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each sub-category.

  6. When you are finished, click Done.
