Accessing a List of Document Links

Document links can be found on:

• Document Manager - lists all document links in Abacus, regardless of if they are associated with a name or matter.

• Name Window's Docs tab - lists all document links associated with the selected name.

• Matter Window's Docs tab - lists all document links associated with the selected matter.

From a list of document links, you can:

• Add documents

• Edit document links

• Delete document links

• Open a document

• Print document links

• Scan documents into Abacus

• Bill for documents

• Find documents

• Use the Documents right-click menu

• Create exhibits from linked docs

• Check documents out and in (only when Enhanced Document Management has been enabled)
