Adding Documents to AbacusLaw Using the Save and Log to Abacus Macro for WordPerfect

After installing the Save and Log to Abacus macro, use it to add a WordPerfect document to a record in AbacusLaw.

  1. With a document open in WordPerfect, select File > Save and Log to Abacus. If Abacus is not running, it will start.

  2. The Document Details window appears. Complete the window for the document. Be sure to enter a name and matter to link to the document.

  3. Click Done. The document record is linked to the name and/or matter.

The output file created using the Save and Log to Abacus macro is stored to the path you selected for PDF forms and named using the naming convention you have established for PDF forms. Click here for more information about setting the storage path and naming conventions for PDF forms.
