Popup Calendar

Abacus provides a perpetual calendar for you to view any time.

To open the popup calendar

Do one of the following:

• From any date field, press F9 or click the lookup button. The popup calendar appears.

• At any time, press F4 or select Tools > PopUp Calendar.

To use the popup calendar

•  Double-click a date to select it.

• Click Today to select today's date.

• Use the arrows to move to different months.

• To resize the popup calendar to see more/less months, click the bottom right corner and drag.

• In the monthly view, click a year for a yearly view; in the yearly view, click a month for a monthly view.

To use shortcut keys

• T: Today

• D: Enter a date to jump to.

• Home: First day of the month.

• End: Last day of the month.

• PageUp or M: Prior month.

• PageDown or m: Next month.

• Y: Prior year.

• y: Next year.

• H: View or edit holidays for this month.
