Sending Client Reminders about Events

If client notifications are set up for the name linked to the event, you can send a client reminder about the event to the name.

Under the Name field on the Event window, a paper plane button displays.

The button looks like this when a client reminder is going to be sent about the event.

The button looks like this when a client reminder is NOT going to be sent about the event.

Click the button to change your options for sending a client reminder.
