Laser Calendar Color Setup

The Laser Calendar Color Setup window appears when you are changing the colors on a Calendar report template.

Make changes as necessary and then click Done to save your changes.

The following describes each setting on the window:

  • Heading Colors: Lets you change the colors of the various heading on the Laser Calendar. Click the button that represents the type of heading you want to change. The Color window appears. Select the color and click OK.

  • Miscellaneous colors: Click the button that represents the part of the report that you want to change. The Color window appears. Select the color and click OK.

  • Data Colors - Default color: Click the Default color button and select the standard color you want for all data text. Click OK.

  • Data Colors - Query buttons: The Query buttons allow you to associate a color with a specific query (up to 3):

    • Click a Query button. The Queries for EVENTS window appears. Select the query you want to color and click Done.

    • Click the Color button for the query you just selected. The Color window appears. Select a color and click OK.
