Resetting for AbacusLaw Mobile App Password Failures

AbacusLaw Mobile app users are locked out of the program after entering incorrect credentials 5 times. The Administrator can follow these steps to reset the user.

  1. Select File > Setup > User Manager.

  2. The User Manager window appears. Highlight the user and click Edit.

  3. The User Preferences window appears. Select the Mobile tab. When there is a logon failure, the Reset button becomes active.

  4. Click Reset and the user will have access to AbacusLaw Mobile App and can try to log on again.
