Maintaining Indexes for an Extra Database
If you want to be able to sort on a specific field in the extra database, you need to create an index for that field.
Select File > Setup > Extra Databases. The Extra Databases Setup window appears.
Highlight the extra database for which you want to create an index and click Edit > Indexes.
The User-defined Indexes window appears listing any existing indexes for the extra database.
From this window, you can add, edit, delete, or rebuild an index for an extra database.
