Forms Library Toolbar

The following describes the function of each button on the Forms Library toolbar.

Matters

Selects the matter for the fillable form.

$image\Fill_the_Form_Button.gif$

Runs the selected fillable form for filling.

$image\Design_Form_Button.gif$

Opens the Designer window to design a fillable form.

$image\Form_Data_Templates_Button.gif$

Opens the Template manager to add, edit, delete, or associate templates for fillable forms.

Creates a new fillable form from a source document.

Creates multiple new fillable forms from source documents.

Opens the Properties window.

$image\Remove_Form_Button.gif$

Removes the selected fillable form from the library.

$image\Forms_Setup_and_Default_Values_Button.gif$

Opens a configuration window to set defaults and other system settings.

$image\TreeView_Button.gif$ or $image\BrowseView_Button.gif$

Toggles from TreeView to BrowseView and vice versa.

$image\FL_Print_Form_Button.gif$

Prints the highlighted fillable form. The form will be blank unless you highlight one of the Completed Forms.
