New APX Portal Toolbar Button

The APX Portal button was added to the Abacus Accounting toolbar. Clicking the button opens the APX Portal.

The APX Portal provides a dashboard, greater detail on funding, and reporting which helps APX merchants manage many aspects of their client interaction and business.
