Setting Up Timeslips on Each Workstation

1. Using Windows Explorer, go to the Timeslips program folder (probably f:\Timeslips\, where f: is the mapped drive letter of the server) and open the sub-directory called Loclinst. Run the SETUP.EXE in that folder to install necessary files to the workstation.

2. Run the latest service release of Timeslips. For Timeslips v.9, you must update to Service Release 6 or later.

3. Run Timeslips and access the database on the Server (MAIN.DB). You must access the database once through the Timeslips program itself from each workstation before accessing it through Abacus.
