Speed Dialing Names Using Phone Dialer

To set up speed dial numbers:

1. From the Phone Dialer, click the Speed Dialer button. The Personal Phone Numbers window appears.

2. Enter the names and phone numbers of the people you call most frequently.

3. Click OK.

4. Close the Phone Dialer. The next time you use the Phone Dialer, you will see the speed dial numbers you set up displayed.

To call a name via speed dialing:

After setting up your speed dial numbers, from the Phone Dialer click the speed dial button for the person you want to call. The call is placed automatically.
