Placing Time Tickets On Hold

When time tickets are placed on hold, they appear on prebills, but not actual bills. Also, they are broken out in the Matter Summary and Work in Process reports.

To place a single time ticket on hold

Edit the time ticket and check Put Time Ticket on Hold.

To place one or more time tickets on hold

Select Billing > Time Tickets. The Browse Time Tickets window appears. Highlight the time tickets to place on hold and select Put On Hold.

To remove the hold, highlight the time tickets and select Take Off Hold.

NOTE: To see only tickets on hold or only tickets NOT on hold, use the Ticket Status field.
