Adding Documents with Enhanced Document Management Enabled
Click here for a video demonstration of working with documents in Enhanced Document Management.
Use the normal procedure to add documents to AbacusLaw. However, note that when you add a document with Enhanced Document Management enabled, the document will be encrypted and moved to the Document Repository (the server path you indicated during setup). Click Yes to complete the process.
Once added, documents can be checked out from the Document Manager or the Name/Matter window's Docs tab or the Checked Out Documents Browse.
NOTE: Individual file size must be less than 2 GB
