Setting Default Queries

You can set up a default query for names, events and matters. This query will be automatically applied when you open a main data window or the browse window for these primary databases, so you'll always see just your preferred data.

1. From a main data window or browse, click the Query button and select Query Manager. The Query Manager appears.

2. Highlight a query to use on the data and click Done.

3. Click the Query button again and select Set current query as Default.

NOTE: To set default queries, you can also reset your user preferences.
