What if you have an automatic payment that is scheduled every month? Don’t manually enter it in the general ledger every month – set up a recurring journal entry! You can set up recurring journal entries so that when they are due, you can post them with less effort.
Once recurring journal entries have been set up, you can post them each time they are due.
To manage recurring journal entries, select G/L > Recurring Journal Entries. The Recurring Journal Entries window appears displaying all journal entries that are due to be posted to the general ledger.
From this window, you can:
Delete a recurring journal entry by highlighting the entry and clicking Delete.
Print the Recurring Journal Entry Listing report by clicking Print.
