Overview of User Preferences
Each user can set his or her own preferences for Abacus on the User Preferences window. (Note that the User Manager also uses this window to edit settings for other users.)
To open the User Preferences window, select File > Setup > User Preferences.
Use the tabs on this window to set different types of user preferences:

User Info tab: General user settings

Appearance tab: Controls what you see on windows.

Printing/Email tab: Controls printer, word processor, and email actions

Queries & Miscellaneous tab: Controls query and map service defaults

Mobile tab: Use AbacusLaw Mobile app to synchronize your mobile devices to Abacus

Outlook Sync: Controls the setup of Outloook Sync.
