Associating Fillable Form Templates with PDF Fillable Forms

NOTE: Fillable form templates only work with PDF fillable forms. They are not applicable for word processing or MS Excel fillable forms.

Templates associated with a fillable form appear when you fill the form. To associate an existing fillable form template with a fillable form, follow these steps.

1. In the Forms Library, highlight the fillable form you want to associate with a template.

2. Open the Fillable Forms Template Manager.

3. Highlight the template you want to associate and click Associate.

4. The Select another Template to associate window appears.

5. Highlight the template and click Open.
