Editing Fillable Forms

1. In the Forms Library, highlight the fillable form you want to edit.

2. Click the Design button on the Forms Library toolbar.

3. This step depends on the type of fillable form you are editing:

   1. If you are editing a PDF fillable form:

      1. The Forms Designer appears. Edit the fillable form as necessary. Click here for more information about designing forms.

      2. When you are finished, click the Save button on the Forms Designer toolbar (or click File > Save).

      3. Close the Forms Designer.

   2. If you are editing a non-PDF fillable form:

      1. The fillable form opens in the appropriate program. Edit the fillable form as necessary.

      2. When you are finished, click File > Save.

      3. Close the fillable form.
