Overview of Setting Up the Calendar

You can control what you see on your Calendar and how your Calendar works. The settings are saved to your User ID so they will be the same each time you log in.

You can:

  • Set up general calendar settings

  • Set up the Appointments and Reminders sections of the Calendar

  • Set up the Things To Do and Calls To Make sections of the Calendar

  • Set queries to limit records shown on the Calendar

  • Select Quick Reports for the Calendar Print window

  • Set event alarm preferences

  • Set up event colors for the Calendar
