Designing Intake Forms for an Extra Database
The extra database intake form is a list of fields from the extra database that are used to collect information from the end user.
Select File > Setup > Extra Databases OR select ExtraDBs > Setup Extra Databases. The Extra Databases Setup window appears.
Highlight the extra database for which you want to create an extra database intake form and click Edit > Screen Layout. The Intake Form Record Properties window appears.
From this window you will maintain fields for intake forms just as you do for any intake form. For more information, see Maintaining Fields for Records.
