Using the Query Manager to Apply Queries

1. From the Query Manager, highlight the query or tag the queries you want to use (or create a new one). NOTE: If you want to get a preview count of the records found by the query, click the Count button and answer the prompts. Note that the count is displayed in the Count column.

2. Click Done.

3. The Where to Go? window appears. Select the record or records you would like to see. Records found by the query are highlighted in the list.
