Managing Data Tabs on Name/Matter Screens

Data tabs on the Name/Matter screens are managed from the Tab Setup window. To open the window, do one of the following:

• In the Name window or Matter window, right-click a tab.

• From the Screen Designer, right-click a blank space on the screen and click Linked Tab & Extra Database.

From this window, you can do any of the following. Click Done to save your changes.

• To show a tab, check it.

• To hide a tab, uncheck it.

• To rename a tab, enter the new name in the box provided. Any tab name entered here will only take effect on the Standard tab if the screen label is blank in the Screen Designer.

• If you want an underlined "accelerator" key, put "&" in front of the number or letter to use. Since most letters are already used by the menus and buttons, use something like "&7 MyTab" so pressing ALT+7 will select this tab.
