Managing Intake Forms
The Intake Form Manager window is used to control intake forms. To open the window, select Matters > Intake Forms > Intake Form Manager.
NOTE: When adding or editing an intake form, ensure that any existing or new information you are collecting is on a Name or Matter screen so that you can also see that information from the Name or Matter window. If you need to add new information to a screen, configure it.
You can do any of the following from the Intake Form Manager window to manage Intake Forms:

Edit Intake Forms: Highlight the Intake Form you want to change and click Edit. The Web and Intake Form Designer window appears. Complete the designer.

Delete Intake Forms: Highlight the Intake Form you want to delete and click Delete.

Preview Intake Forms: Highlight the Intake Form you want to preview and click Run.

Print Intake Forms: Highlight the desired Intake Form and click Print. The printed result can be used for pen or pencil data collection.

Add an Intake Form as a template: Right-click the Intake Form you want to add as a template and click Move to Templates.
