Filling Fillable Forms Outside of the Forms Library
Documents can be generated using forms in different ways.
Using the information from a name or matter

Find the name or find the matter you want to use to generate a document.

Click the Print button on the toolbar, select Form generation and then select the menu option that best matches your types of forms. For example, if your forms were created using Microsoft Word, select MS Word.

A window appears that lets you select the form. Select the form and click Open. The form is generated into a document using the information from the selected name or matter and is ready to print.
Using the information from an event in a calendar
NOTE: The event must first have a form assigned to it.

View an event in the Calendar or Staff Calendar.

Right-click the event and select Form generation > Do the form. The form is generated into a document using the information from the related name or matter and is ready to print.
Using the information from an event in an Event window
NOTE: The event must first have a form assigned to it.

View an event in an Event window.

Click the Form button.

The Assign a Form window appears. Click the appropriate word processor.
